silver "Land Ho" mens pendant

Just ordered the silver "Land Ho" mens pendant. Delivery was super quick, when I opened the box the 2 peices were pretty awesome to be fair and the quality better than the picture shows. Very happy. Only 4 stars as I'm am not wearing at the moment (its a gift to me from my partner)

I've bought multiple items from them

I've bought multiple items from them. The last item - a ring - I had to exchange for a different size twice. The return shipment was paid for every single time. Their service is awesome. They processed everything immediately, didn't make me feel guilty, I was taken aback by the helpfulness. I can't recommend them enough

Amazing - you won’t be disappointed!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this company is fantastic!
I ordered a necklace and a ring for my boyfriend for Christmas. They both arrived super quickly and both items were stunning -really good quality. Unfortunately, however, the ring was too big. I contacted the company to start the exchange process and they responded quickly and kept me updated along the way. I was helped by a lady called Cristina - she’s been amazing!
I will definitely be ordering from here again!!

Amazing customer service/craftsmanship

Amazing customer service and craftsmanship. The pictures of their jewelry don’t do them justice. I had to exchange sizes on my bracelet and their exchange portal is easy and painless. They covered all shipping expenses and I received my new bracelet quickly. Definitely will be a return customer.

An Online Goldmine.

I have over 10 silver pieces from Clocks and Colours. Each ring is weighty, well made and legitimately looks better in person than the product photos. The necklace links don't catch and the clasps are just as well made as the rings are, with pendants that mirror the quality of the rings. I haven't gotten the stainless steel versions of any of them, so I can't comment on those but I expect they'd be far and away better than any $20-$40 similar "biker" ring from other online retailers. You do pay a premium but it's worth the price considering they have limited series themed runs and the quality is superb. They also routinely have sales that cut pricing on pieces from older series they're phasing out by 30% or more.
I've never personally had any issues with shipping times and the packaging is quality too. I have no problem recommending them to anyone and they employ silversmiths to hand make each silver piece. Usually I'll only buy in person so I can check the quality but I'll keep buying from Clocks and Colours because they're sending me things that are better than local shop pieces.

Overall really great!

So I ordered my first ring ever and I didn't know that it was a little bit cracked...I thought that it will not spread...but it keept spreading so I contacted them after 6 days with pictures and told them that it's my first ring and that I didn't know the crack will kept spreading. I was very honest and the guy (Miguel) whom I was talking to was very geniune, so I was very happy with it. He sent me instructions what I need to do, and when I sent the ring back to the company, they will inspect it and tell me what they can do. After 10-15 days when ring arrived, they informed me about it, and told me they will get back to me after team inspects it. After that Miguel told be that they will sent me another ring, cause I was right. Then I was thrilled and asked if it's possible to get size 9, not 10 like I ordered, cause I mesured my finger but I probably didn't mesured right cause it's my first ring, and could I get size 9 instead, he said "YES", really happy that they could make that happen too! If not, it was my own fault to get size 10 :) My ring arrived after few days, and I never looked back lol really awesome experience! Will buy again from them!

I have 3 pieces from CC all of which are absolutely perfect. No long wait on dilevery, sizing dead on. I'd recommend CC 10 out of 10 times.

Already ordered there twice.

Already ordered there twice.
The northstar came without any problems and I really love that piece.
My second order was a ring which was way too big - I measured it completly wrong. I wrote the costumer service and send it back and got store credit for it.
My third order was the birdsnest and I couldn't be happier with it.
I'm already thinking about buying another piece.
C&C if you read this, please sponsor me otherwise it's going to be really expensive.

North Star

Bought the North Star necklace and pendant. Looks amazing, really happy with the quality.
Ordered on Friday, arrived Monday on a bank holiday. Website tracking function was useful/accurate too.
Highly recommended.

It is my first time ever purchasing from this website, and it’s awesome. The quality of the bracelet I ordered is way more than I was expecting, I ordered the (afterlife) bracelet. Packaging and shipping was super fast, will definitely order from here again.

ABYSMAL customer service system

Abysmal customer service system. I was sent the wrong size of the ring I ordered. I placed an order for a size 10 ring And received a size 7. Of course I email them and the send me the automatic reply to please go on the portal and click on the thumbnail for exchange or return. My item was labeled ineligible to return. Naturally, I send another email asking if I could just exchange the size because I really wanted the ring. They sent me another automatic reply to which I ask again if there is any solution for the SYSTEMS ERROR. I haven’t heard back yet. The negligence is infuriating nobody should buy from here.
